The property is one of best available given the budget range. The rooms are decently spaced, kempt, and they also provide you with a balcony. The location is good, as it is very close to the Millennium City Centre metro station, easily accessible and at the same time quiet and away from the hustle bustle. The bed-linen and towels provided are not very well cleaned. The major let down was the service by the staff otherwise it would have been a 5star. On the second day of stay, requested for room service 3 different times to different people but neither the housekeeping boy nor the lady receptionist ended up delivering (PS. the room was again not cleaned on the third day); Wanted to order in-room snacks on the second day as it was Ind-Pak WC match, but was told that it will be available post 7pm; On the third night, was awakened by loud noises coming from the corridor, informed the guy at reception, but he instead took out his frustration on me for some reason, told me I was shouting when it was clearly him who started shouting on the phone, didn't want to ruin my night as I had an early morning train to catch hence, I let it go. I was considering it for a long duration stay (15-20days) towards this month end but alas, because of such poor service, will now have to look for other better options. If the owners / management end up reading this, you have a great product, don't ruin it by providing such poor service.

I recently stayed at Posh Residency during a business trip to Gudgaon. This hotel's location is nothing short of fantastic - right in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly quiet. As a business traveler, being centrally located was essential for me. Posh Residency couldn't have been more conveniently situated. It made it easy to access meetings, restaurants, and other attractions in the city.

The property is situated at the right place and that’s the only good thing about it. I will definitely not recommend this place! The staffs are so rude, specially the guy who manages at night. And the lady manager is least bothered about anything. All they need is money with zero service provided for the money collected. Dirty rooms, sheets and towels and they don’t have the basic cleaning staff to clean rooms on daily basis. We did a early check in , the property collected an extra rs 800 for early check in. With poor and dirty rooms!

The hotel is good for the price point. The rooms are good for a couple of night's sleep, but wouldn't advise for a long stay. The service is okay. The personnel is clearly untrained. But they try. Location is great. Mr Rohit at the reception is clearly trying his best.

The rooms are small and cozy but are not soundproof. I could hear noises at night from the neighboring rooms and their party hall throughout the night. It was very disturbing, especially to sleep.

Behaviour of staff is very unprofessional. Giving reasons like visitors are allowed for only 10 minutes, seems like money waste. Zero hospitality. Not recommended at all
